Set door installation conditions
1. The installation of set Interior Door Products must be done by pre-reserving holes and then installing. It is strictly forbidden to install while building holes or install first and then build holes.
2. The installation of set interior doors must be done after ground engineering work such as grinding stones, floor tiles, and wooden floors is completed, and the wall paint work is completed.

Electric hammer, woodworking hammer, file, plane, hacksaw, flat screwdriver, angle ruler, circle ruler, plumb bob, etc.

Set door installation procedure
1. Assemble door frame
(1) On a flat and smooth ground, use a 2.5mm diameter electric drill to drill a 30-40mm deep nail hole at the upper end of the vertical frame, and use 4 80mm long nails to firmly connect the horizontal frame and the two vertical frames (the three frames are on the same plane; the gap between the vertical frame and the horizontal frame on the inner side of the frame is less than 0.5mm, and the two horizontal frames are at a 90-degree angle with the vertical frame).
(2) Fix 6 connecting pieces on both sides of the vertical frame.
(3) Turn the assembled door frame over on the ground and fix the other 6 connecting pieces with nails (check: whether the angle is 90 degrees and whether the inner width dimensions of the three points in the upper and lower parts of the door frame are consistent).
(4) After checking that it meets the requirements, "pre-assemble" the door leaf and the door frame (the side with the opening). The gap between the two sides of the door and the door frame must meet the requirements.

2. Fix the door frame to the wall
(1) Move the firmly assembled door frame as a whole into the door opening (the two sides of the door frame and the two sides of the wall are on the same plane; use a plumb bob to check whether the door frame is perpendicular to the ground as a whole)
(2) Use the connecting piece nail hole as the point to determine the twelve drilling points on the wall.
(3) Use an electric hammer with a diameter of 8-10mm to drill holes at the hole points, nail a wooden wedge into the drilled hole, and fix the connecting piece to the wall with nails.
(4) Insert wooden strips between the fixed door frame and the wall and in the gap, making sure that the door frame and the wall are connected and fixed.

3. Install the door leaf
(1) Cut the hinge groove. Do not damage the decorative surface of the door set during the operation.
(2) Install the hinge. Before nailing the wood screws, first guide the nail holes, then nail the wood screws and tighten them (first tighten one screw on the upper and lower hinges, then close the door to check whether the gap is in compliance, check whether the opening and the door leaf are on the same plane, and whether the door leaf has fallen. After confirming that there is no error, tighten the other screws. It is strictly forbidden to "drive" the screws directly into the door leaf and door frame).
(3) Install the door lock (after installing the door lock, pay attention to fully check whether the door leaf and door lock switch is flexible and whether the gap is in compliance).

4. Install the door frame and door stop strip (two-in-one structure)
(1) Both the frame and the stop strip are equipped with concave installation nail grooves. Use 20-25mm nails to fix the door frame shell and the door stop strip shell to the door frame, and then use glue to install the door frame pressure strip core and the door stop strip on the frame shell and the door stop strip shell.
(2) The door frame and the door stop strip should be cut at a 45-degree bevel angle (note that the bevel should be smoothed with a flat file or woodworking plane, and the two corners of the bevel should be connected in a straight line and the seam should be tight and flat, and the seam should be glued firmly).
