A. Measurement

Suite door width = door leaf width + door leaf reserved gap + door cover line width
Set door opening width = door leaf width + door leaf reserved gap + door frame main plate thickness + door frame solid board thickness + door frame adjustment allowance

1. Measurement of door opening (accurate to 1mm)
Width of the door opening: Measure the distance to the left and right of the door opening horizontally, and select more than five measurement points for measurement. The minimum value (minus the door frame adjustment margin) is the outer extension size of the door frame;
Height of the door opening: Measure the distance up and down vertically, and select more than three measuring points for measurement. The minimum value (minus the door frame adjustment margin) is the outer extension size of the door frame;
(Note: During the measurement process, attention should be paid to the ground treatment and the thickness of the ground decoration materials should be reserved for needs.)
Door opening wall thickness: Measure the wall thickness horizontally and select more than five measuring points for measurement. The maximum value is the wall thickness. 2. Measurement of door leaf set (accurate to 1mm)
Door leaf = empty inside the door frame - reserved gap
Width of the door leaf: Measure the distance inside the door frame horizontally, and select more than five measurement points for measurement. The minimum value (minus the reserved gap) is the width of the door leaf;
Height of the door leaf: Measure the distance inside the door frame vertically, and select more than three measurement points for measurement. The minimum value (minus the reserved gap) is the height of the door leaf;
(Note: During the measurement process, attention should be paid to the ground treatment, and appropriate dimensions should be reserved for needs. The height of the door leaf < the height of the door opening (difference 5~10mm).
Door leaf thickness: Standard is 38mm and 45mm. It must match the door frame, that is, it must be less than or equal to the distance from the edge of the door frame to the cover.

B. Preparation before installation of set door

1. Door leaves and door frames should be stacked flat with pads indoors, and the frames and door leaves should be stacked separately;
2. It is strictly forbidden to store it together with acid and alkali substances, and the room should be clean, dry and ventilated;
3. Store in a room with a support frame and separate it from heat sources to avoid thermal deformation;
4. Check the on-site situation, organize and clean the work area, and check whether the reserved dimensions of the door opening or door frame meet the requirements;

6. Prepare installation tools and read the installation instructions in detail.

C. Installation of door set

1. Use professional tools to test the vertical, horizontal and thickness of the door opening wall to obtain the deviation parameters, and mark the construction auxiliary line on the wall accordingly;
2. Simulate the combination of all parts of the door frame, and mark the installation auxiliary lines of the fixed part of the door frame on the corresponding wall;
3. Adjust the vertical and horizontal position of the fixed part of the door frame and fix it;
4. Install the remaining parts of the door frame and adjust the fit according to the principle from the inside to the outside. Pay attention to the horizontal and vertical degrees of each main board;
5. Fix all parts of the door frame and make comprehensive adjustments;
6. Determine the hinge installation position of the door frame based on actual conditions, mark the corresponding position on the door leaf, and reserve appropriate gaps;
7. Add 2~3mm slots on the door leaf and tighten the hinges with the provided screws;
8. Temporarily fix the door leaf at the corresponding installation position, adjust it to the exact position, and mark the hinge fixing position on the door frame;
